Heat Pump Tumble Dryers
As per title, any one recommend a specific one and why please. Just had utility room updated and gives me more room for a new tumble dryer. The old one is DH's late mums and a 3kg one but its done its job would just like a new one and preferably one that does a half load as sometimes that's all I have to dry so would love to know if there is such a thing please or one that is a small load one.
Any tips much appreciated.

We have a hotpoint one the 10kg one. To remove the water thing is easy because it’s in the inner of the door. We don’t use it as we have it going into the drain directly.

As above - the drawer just slides out. The filter is at the bottom and that slides out too.

We have a Blomberg one which is a hybrid model. We love it and have so far only used heat pump mode, it dries as fast as a normal drier and adjusts to the load so not an issue if you only have a few items.

We went for a Bosch one due to the price at out local retailer and the cash back at the time.
So far it has been great. It has a bottle to collect the water, but because ours was near a sink, I plumbed it in. My dad bought the same one and just empties the water each time. |
