Premier inn - north terminal

Hi all
We'll need an overnight at Gatwick next year 24 August to be exact. 2 rooms so a saving would be great. Just now it's showing as £78 per room. Is this likely to come down or will the price just go up?
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks.

Try booking it via holiday extras, that may save you a few pennies.

We paid £55 for a premier at the airport in 2016. I cant see the price changing much over the next few months.

I see other premiers in the area are a little cheaper, manor royals a lovely one, and just a short drive to the airport (we drive from the hotel to the airport parking), im sure a taxi would be less then a tenner.

I booked 4 rooms for £32.50 a room in January for our October trip. Keep checking as they do price drop occasionally.

That is only the flex rate at the moment. If you wait about 6 weeks, the non-flex rate will be released and should be lower (around £50 based on a flex rate of £78 at the moment).

I normally book on the flex rate and around end of December there is normally a sale so I book at the new rate and cancel the original. It is normally a difference of around £30. My plan has failed this year though because my credit and debit cards expire in December and it won't let me book for next August with an expired card.

So I booked at £71 last October for September 15th this year (the rate with free cancellation). Then at the end of July I think in one of their sales I managed to get for £42 so cancelled the original. If its a non-payment version I would deffo book now and then just keep checking

I would wait for the non flexible rate. We paid £41 for our room in Nov.

Do a dummy run for a couple of weeks later than you want to travel to see when it might drop.
