Mobile Virgin flight via Atlanta

Hi
Quick question. My son is looking at booking Virgin via Atlanta. Do you clear immigration at Atlanta or Orlando?
Thanks

Atlanta - and just to add give yourself time as Atlanta can be a nightmare if theres a lot of arrivals at the same time - took us 3 hrs just to clear immigration..

Though TBF its only an hours hop down to MCO so they just stick you on the bext available flight.

We usually go via Atlanta and we’re due to go again end of July but COVID 19 has put paid to those plans.
I would set aside a minimum of 2.5 hours layover, preferably 3 if possible but 2.5 is doable. Anything less and you are spinning the dice...
