A perfect body or a £100k

If a magic fairy gave you the choice of having an absolutely perfect body exactly the size and shape you want or a £100k which would you choose (you would get either immediately)?

Note: your face wouldn't change except if for instance you are now a size 16 but wanted to be a size 10 then your face/neck would be at the normal shape/size it would be if you were a size 10.

Going on a diet might get you the perfect shape you want to be, but it won't work for everyone, and if people lose weight (male or female) it won't necessarily give them the perfect body size/shape they have always desired.

Not guaranteed to be healthy inside though. I would prefer have a healthy body rather than a perfect body. £100k not much use if your insides are in trouble.
