I’ve got lots of gubbins for the Halloween trays but I’m really, really struggling to find a nice outdoor Halloween wreath for the front door, everything I’ve seen is pretty tacky! Anyone got any recommendations for nice ones?

Pam I have just seen this wreath on Matalan - it’s in the Christmas section but might be a good base wreath for a diy Halloween wreath! Michelle xx

Jeeze I’ve been inundated with requests for The Grinch theme inspired wrwath and door mats today
Lucky enough I have just enough stuff to do them and can get door mats and cut out stencils on my cricket and paint
My sister is also making cushions stockings etc
It’s exploded today

Home Bargains has a very dark grey flocked wrwath as well that can be used for Halloween and Christmas
Pound land usually has florist grade wire all year but any thin gauge wire on the roll from the garden centres is all you need
Or even a cheap as Chips ever green wreat form from hobby craft cheap black sprat paint or any cheap Matt black paint you can find fluff the wreat fron out and
A cheap Chuck it await paint brush and paint away if you want a rougher texture add backing soda , sand or powder poly filler to the paint firsts depending on the texture you want
Ps this also works on those glam vases we all have but still like the shape but want to go more toned down neutral etc or you see a thing in the charity shop that’s exactly the right shape but wrong texture colour

I’ve succumbed to buying Christmas bits 🙈
First two signs from a local garden centre (who have their FULL range of Xmas decs on display)!
Cushion cover and Cocoa bar sign from Temu and straws from Amazon.
My Candy Cane/Gingerbread kitchen is going to be bigger and better this year 😆

Alicia they are all gorgeous and I can’t wait to see your Candy Cane Christmas! I have heard that Temu is a tricky one, apparently there are issues with them trying to hack your private information via your communications with them. There have been several articles in the papers recently. You might want to double check me though in case I have that wrong. Xx

Edited to add: apparently it was something to do with installing their app on your phone, not the actual website. Xx

Edited at 09:59 AM.

Thanks Michelle!
I had no idea about Temu so thank you for the warning 😊
Thankfully I had ordered via the website and to be honest I knew it was a bit risky as to what would turn up - a bit like Shein really! It’s not fantastic quality but better than I was expecting for the price

Alicia I know you will find lovely things in the States but Matalan also had lots of sweet candy cane decor, like glass jars and cushions! There are so many fab things here in the U.K. this year! 😆🎄🛍️ xx
