Once I sent them my flight cancellation, they said on email to me they would need to send my request to be escalated as well. I heard back a few days later.

I requested a refund for SeaWorld tickets a week ago and supplied evidence of my flight cancellation but so far I’ve only had four holding emails saying they are reaching to another team whatever that means!

I asked yesterday Monday 11th may with evidence flight has been cancelled and got email saying they would be looking into it and then later today Tuesday 12th may received e mail saying refund has been processed.

What kind of tickets did you have?

My refund for my universal tickets went in bank on Monday but still not got the money for my Disney ones. They said both would be refunded. When I look on app it says universal refund complete, Disney refund still processing. Has this happened to anybody else?

I have only had the holding emails too - just that they are looking into it and will let me know as soon as they can. We booked Disney Tickets.
