Doubletree Suites By Hilton at LBV could be something. I don't think there are many places near Disney Springs that aren't just regular hotel rooms. I've looked at youtube videos and they seem ok but not sure about washing facilities. It has microwave and a fridge. Its also a Disney Partner Hotel so if fastpasses come back you can book at 60 days and get EMH.

We stayed there a few years ago. Absolutely loved the pool area, but found the rooms were in need of a refurb.

Kids would prefer a bigger more themed pool area. Quite important to us. Bit more expensive but Sheraton Vistana looks better for us.

What you are suggesting, points towards the LBV village resort and spa.

Pool has pirate ship in it.
Disney Springs is nearby.
Irish bar next door
Shopping mall about 50 yds away
Walmart and Publix very close.

The pool isn’t on the scale of Typhoon Lagoon , but by Orlando Hotel standards is generous.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom that had a huge whirlpool bath in the main bedroom. It had a balcony, nice kitchen etc etc and if looking for similar accommodation, would not go anywhere else. They also do a 2 bedroom option.

If you ask for block 5 with a view of the Epcot fireworks from the balcony... you may get one!

The LBV one looks good, we're only in Orlando 6 nights, one of which we're spending at Universal.

We're also going to two water parks so not too fussed over the pool area

The pull of a breakfast is still winning and a bar to go to of an evening.

Stayed in a apartment with a communal pool last time and it was great, but I really missed a bar that I could sit in near the pool.

Apologies if this has already been mentioned (I haven't read all the replies). A few years ago we stayed at The Blue Heron Resort in LBV. They have 2 bed apartments. We stayed in a 1 bed but it was pretty spacious.
