Why Boston Whats there?

Boston where's that? whats there? will it be cold? I'm not going!

These were all the answers I got to the question of "do you fancy Boston for a change". The first couple of questions came from my DH(he once booked us onto a flight to Milan when we were going to Malaga, I'd only gone for a shower when I came back he was so proud as he'd got the flights cheaper then I'd seen, saved us £££££s he said. Shame it cost an arm and a leg to change them .

The last comment was from my 15 year old son didn't want to go to Boston would come if we were going to Florida otherwise no way.
Now I love Florida and we go every year normally in October but this year for different reasons we went in june (boy was it hot, back October next year I think) so I wanted to try something different . So DS is staying at home with his older sister (what joy! ) they insist that they will get on and no they don't need there grandmother to come and stay, we'll see. As we are only going for a week I'll use it as a test run for the future

So there will be three of us going me, DH and DS son 11 (not given a choice he has to come).

We're going on the 16th Oct back on the 24th October
Staying the night before at premier inn Manchester airport
Flying Aer Lngus Manchester Dublin, Dublin Boston

Staying at the Back Bay Hotel in Back Bay Boston

Booked us a city pass each, going on the Duck tour ,doing the freedom trail, going Whale watching, going out to Salem.

Not having a car so using the T subway and the local buss $15 for a weeks pass children upto 11 go free with an adult.

So thats it for now, hope this was not to long winded.
Only 4 days to go so not long to wait now.
