NYC Pre Trip-first time visit

We booked in Nov 09-which is very late for us as we fly on the 24th Feb.

Only three of us inc DH and DS13 leaving other DS16 with Grandparents. Countdown to a mad rush at the moment. When we booked this holiday we knew DS13 would be flying home from Vegas on the 22nd Feb with Grandparents but my Dad didnt tell me that it was an overnight flight home and that they dont land until 1pm on the 23rd at Heathrow. We have 14 hours from when he arrives home before the taxi picks us up and back to Heathrow for him. Also, have to pack up for DS16 and rabbit, dog is going to kennels. As well as all this I have applied for a full time job (only work 2 days at moment) at the same place as I work and could have an interview within next few weeks and also doing mocks in Powerpoint at college on Thursday.

We are flying from Heathrow with BA never flown with them before always VH to Florida but they were cheaper, hotel is the Marriott East Side, staying for 6 nights. Have the Explorer tickets from ATD already.
Have planned to do SofL and ground zero on the Thursday and Woodbury Common on the Friday, thats all at the moment.
