Universals 1 day 2 park tickets
Hoping someone can help me. First of all please could anyone let me know all the companies that sell this ticket preferably in the UK. If in the US do they deliver the tickets ( would prefer real tickets not e- ticket) Also I’ve looked on Undercover tourist and Universal direct and their tickets currently go up to April 2020. I need them for August 2020, so does anyone know when they will release these based on previous years?
Many thanks in advance 😀 |

I know that the Value ticket, Regular ticket, and Anytime ticket expire 1 year from the order date on undercovertourist but as you say they are only showing dates up to April 2020 [except for the anytime ticket which obviously can be used at anytime] so it's difficult to know whether the Value ticket or Regular ticket would be suitable for August.
Try phoning undercovertourist to see if they have some idea when the later dates will come out. The UK freephone number is 0800 081 1702

Thank you. I didn’t know that about the year. I just assumed they ended in April. I’ll give them a ring thank you, as I think my dates will fall into the value dates.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Universal's own ticket website only shows up to April 2020. Similarly, it's 1-day ticket seasonal pricing calendar only goes up to April 2020:
universalorlando/web...t-calendar.pdf Therefore, UndercoverTourist won't know what dates are "Value", "Regular" or "Anytime" for any dates after then. BTW, the OP may want to check August 2019 in the above pdf in order to give them a rough idea whether their 2020 dates are "Value", "Regular" or "Anytime" days. Although many days in August are "Value" days, not all of them are. Also, it's interesting that UndercoverTourist states that the tickets are valid for 12 months after purchase but it doesn't say that on Universal's website. Universal's website sort of implies you have a choose a date when it'll be valid for.

As far as I can remember for the last few years [maybe longer] it has been that way about the ticket being valid for 12 months on the undercovertourist site, unless I have missed something [which I have done on many an occasions lol].
It makes sense what you say about undercovertourist not knowing the dates because Universal haven't released them yet. As far as I know the Anytime ticket is just that and doesn't need a date [unless there are blackout dates, but I couldn't see any]. Hope you are keeping well Nimbus

Thank you Nimbus, I’ve check last years dates from your PDF and I want to go one day in the last week of August so I think we will definitely be value, once they are released. 🤞🏻. I’ve got ages really but was hoping to maybe benefit from a Black Friday deal but if they’ve not been released then no problem. 😀 Thanks again!

Yes, the UndercoverTourist website still says that the tickets are valid for 12 months and has done for some time. I just can't see anywhere on Universal's website that says the same thing - then again, I might have missed something.
The OP should be fine getting Anytime tickets. Like you say, they can be used on any date (but not for special ticketed events like HHN). They will probably be ok with getting Value tickets - although I can't guarantee that. Yes, I'm doing well. Our next holiday is now booked - except for tickets to Universal. I hope you are well too?

There's a $10 difference between the different categories. Regular tickets are $10 more than Value tickets.
