Lifes2comp - I'm pleased you were eventually able to sort it - and your update will help others , as it would have helped me , if we'd known this at the time we were both struggling with Klook !
But Klook were adamant they could do nothing to help me! So, rather than wait for at least 12 days, and send 16 emails , as you did, I made one quick phone call which sorted it for me . Immediate peace of mind and less time to worry ! That phone call was well worth it - each to their own. |
