Did you get an e-mail out of the blue from Klook or did you stimulate some correspondance with them. ATD are offering automatic extensions to 2021 so just wondering if Klook are following suit

Yes, email just after universal extended the closure to 31st May as our tickets had “start dates” of 20th May.

One of the tickets was for my mum who I doubt will be able to come next year so thought it just best to get the refund.

Hi all,
Did everyone end up getting their refund? I'm trying to get our Disney and Universal tickets refunded. Was due to fly out tomorrow and getting very nervous as they're not getting back to me!

Message then again. They replied to me the same day.
Money for my universal tickets has went in bank today but not for my Disney tickets.

Help! I just had an email from them saying they won't refund as we can go up until September 2021! Anyone else had this?

Actually re-read, they don't say they won't refund but don't anwser my request to refund They just say they understand my concerns but that we can go any time up until September 2021.

Sorry everyone, they have said will escalate my request to the local ticket office and due to high demands this may take up to a month. We need to put a request in with our travel insurance though so not sure what to do as not confirmed it will be refunded. Still waiting to hear back about Universal but from other people's comments this sounds more positive.
