Disney+ are we overloading it while self isolating.

So we have disney+ and nearly every time we put it on it gets interrupted saying no internet connection when we clearly do. Is it because everyone is on it because we're all at home?

Hi Poppet67, I’m afraid it’ll be a problem with your TV or device, home network or your internet speed that’s causing you problems.

We've had a few issues as well. Sometimes when we are watching a film it does that and last night we were in the middle of Iron Man 3 and it suddenly came up and said there was update it needed to do.

There is nothing wrong with out internet as we could all access it on other devices and when we checked the settings on the TV it said we were connected with strong signal. It only goes off for a minute for so.

apart from a few glitches on the first night of it starting, we've not had any issues.

suspect the problem is with your wifi and/or playback device. can you use a wired connection using a network cable from the router into your laptop/tv/whatever?
