MNSSHP cancelled,tickets and Florida tix

So now that they have cancelled Mnsshp will floridatix have to refund me the whole amount of the ticket?

How can they get away with 20%per ticket sorry that is nearly £20 when Disney will refund them the whole cost of the tickets?

Seems a bit unfair too for them to take a quarter of ticket cost off as admin and processing when Orlando attractions have only take £10 per person off a £600 ticket

Some of that price would have been the local Florida tax which is or was around 7% but has probably gone up since they use it to make the “ tourist improvements” to the area around central Florida. You don’t often get the taxes back.

Each firm has their own terms and conditions so what goes for one doesn't necessarily go for another.

I’m giving floridatix a ring to see what they say and if they say there are charges I will call trading standards and find my rights, I have 8 tickets and to lose that amount of money to me just isn’t on

I booked my tickets in January and paid in full so as far as I’m concerned I’m covered by their previous t&c’s, which I have a copy of, that states a full refund, move dates or leave on credit for future booking if event is cancelled. As we don’t know what next year will bring, I will be requesting a full refund

If you do contact Trading Standards I would check the ts and cs first in case TS ask you about them. I'm not saying they would but it's best to be prepared.

well I purchased my tickets on release so surely the tax applies at the time of purchase.
I do not mind some kind of admin fee but it seems a bit steep compared to the cost of the ticket.

Were they emailed to you at the time? We purchased Mnsshp tickets on release date too, so I will get hubby to have a look

If it has been cancelled you are entitled a full refund of what you have paid, end of story. T&Cs won't matter as you have not cancelled, the organiser has and the ticket supplier can now no longer supply what you have bought.
