Anyone having problems extending tickets?
Still not had our 4 day tickets due to expire jan 2021 extended to September 2021 so MDE wont let me make park reservations.
Anyone else had similar , and if so how did it get resolved ? Thanks

Are these American-style flexible tickets? If so, then yes, I have the exact same problem. I have a 4-day flexible date hopper which was purchased in Disney Springs in December 2019, and they are refusing to extend it because I bought it in 2019, so it is supposedly "unaffected by the park closure"! Mind you, people who bought a dated ticket on the exact same day for 2020 did get an extension.
What has your experience been so far? Did you call or write them? Edited at 08:55 AM. |

Called many times, told they would be extended... but Disney ticketing and Orlando attractions are just saying the other party need to make the changes... meanwhile clock is ticking.
One agent said they wouldnt be extended...

But which type of ticket do you have? Is it dated, or is it a flexible ticket? Did you buy it in the US?
And how does it show up on the app? Mine says "4-day Flexible Dates Ticket with Park Hopper Option", then says "4 days remaining valid through 01/14/2021". However, the text under the "reassign ticket" button says "your tickets are valid for admission to multiple theme parks on each day of your ticket. The first day of use of your ticket must be on or before December 31, 2021. Ticket and any options purchased must be ued within 14 days of first use." When I called the American existing tickets number and told them this they just told me that they couldn't see it in their system, and that it would expire January 14th. Which type of ticket did you buy and where did you buy it? |
