But which type of ticket do you have? What the exact wording on the website? Is it a flexible date ticket or a date-specific ticket?

Hmm... have you checked if you are all still connected as friends & family, and if everyone who has their own account has allowed F&F to see all of their plans? If I'm not mistaken you can only see tickets for people you manage, but not those who have their own account. If you are fully linked you can however book FPs for the ones with their own account as long as they have tickets. I believe it should work the same way for the park reservations. If you go into F&F can you see who's listed as "plans managed by me"?

Thanks for reminding me - I have just checked mine and they have been extended until end Sept 21. Had a slight panic about the reservations I made today dropping out but all good.

You wouldn't be able to make reservations if you didn't have a valid ticket. I can make reservations up to January 14th but no further.

Edited at 05:23 PM.

That makes sense but sometimes sense goes out the window when panic sets in!

Ok, update is I am now told either go to Disney ticketing in US or broker ( Orlando Attractions ) to buy new tickets and get a credit for old ones.
Now either party could have confirmed this weeks ago and saved my stress levels going thru roof 😡😡

It's ridiculous, the flexible date tickets are the most expensive ones they sell (= Christmas Day pricing), yet they appear to be the only ones that are not getting an extension. I've seen reports of UK and dated US tickets getting extended to 26/9/2021, and a flexible date Canadian ticket even to 2030, yet crazy expensive flexible US tickets get nothing. It makes no sense.

Finally after an hour waiting for ticket centre to answer, got it all sorted but they insisted on new tickets being date specific so had to give Them our preferred start date. On plus side did a credit back albeit it’s as a Disney gift card.
