I would email again and state how long you've been waiting. It took us exactly 15 weeks from first requesting a refund. Also I think quite a few of the quicker refunds have not been from Orlando Attractions but Orlando Attraction tickets.

That’s what our refund was for. I sent an email last week stating we were now past the 30-60 days they had previously stated and wanted an update. They emailed straight back to say it had just been processed and would be showing on our card within 3-5 days and it was. I would email especially if you are past 60 days.
We were Orlando Attraction Tickets. Edited at 06:27 PM. |

Can you do a chargeback on your credit card? That would have been my next course of action.

When 60 Days come around and you have not got it they will probably then tell you " oh its 60 Working Days"
That is what Hilton did to me , it was 30 days and got to day 32 only to be told it was working days. Nowhere did it state this when i applied for refund.

We're waiting on a refund for Disney tickets from Orlando Attractions (orlandoattractions.com) The refund was requested about 5 weeks ago.
Have refunds started to come through yet? How long have you all been waiting now? Thanks, Marie |
