Direct train cancellations
I’ve seen a few people mention that their direct trains in September have been cancelled. Does anyone know if all direct trains are being cancelled and how far ahead this is happening?
If you’ve had your train cancelled did Eurostar give you the option to move to an indirect train? I’m booked to travel on 11th October and just trying to work out the odds of me actually going! |

Excited about Disney
|
Hi
I had heard this too so as we were supposed to be travelling on 14th September I gave them a ring a couple of weeks ago They confirmed that the direct train had been cancelled for that day but they had put me on the indirect one - as i had already moved our disneyland hotel booking to May next year i told them that i didnt want an indirect train so they offered me a voucher or a refund - i took the refund and it was back on my card within a few days. Would recommend you call them as it didnt sound to me that they were going to call me anytime soon
