It might just be easier to control one queue rather than two different queues. Also the two queues used to converge close to one another and having two sets of people stood right next to one another would be a bit of a no-no.

No one knows.

There's speculation that some restrictions might be relaxed in June, so capacity might increase this summer - though probably not to 100%.
