If they don’t bring them back it’ll be park opening for us every day and probably out after lunch.
I agree with this completely.I can't see why anyone would object to the return of fast passes. Our previous touring style has always been rope drop first half of holiday for quicker ride access and go in late during second half to see fireworks. As there are currently no fireworks and no fast passes we are provisionally planning to rope drop for every park visit, which my two 22 year old travelling companions may eventually have different ideas about :-)

Our last two visits to WDW were in 2010 with the old paper ticket system and in 2019 with FP+

Much prefer FP+. Loved planning and booking our FPs and loved never having the queue even more. Everest broke down when it was our fast pass time and we choose to use it on the safari instead and queued for Everest last in the day, hated waiting over an hour for it, was the only ride we had to queue for the whole holiday.

Universal was even better, we bought the express pass for our 2 days at US and IoA and everything was walk on. The only ride we had to wait any amount of time on was Hulk front seats queue with was about 15 minutes.

Disney would be great if they went the Universal route and you didn’t have to book your times.

We would really consider our time in WDW if some sort of fast passes didn’t come back, would most likely stay at Universal and do 4 single days at Disney.
