Who to book a UK holiday with?

So I think we’re going to book a holiday in the uk for June, as going abroad doesn’t look that hopeful yet. We’ll book a trip abroad for late summer (as well) if things improve.

We’re thinking about Cornwall. Can anyone recommend a company for cottages, lodges, etc that offer a full refund (or at least a change of dates) if we need to cancel, without us losing money?
Centerparcs have a great refund policy, but wrong location. But somewhere that has a policy like theirs?

I could only find Air B and B with a cancel with a full refund policy, holiday parks seemed to have a policy that if Covid rules changed and you couldn’t go they would let you rearrange
We’ve gone with an air B and B because of this, otherwise we’d have needed to take out travel insurance just in case we couldn’t go x

We’ve gone Air BandB this year, there’s some lovely properties on there. They have a great refund policy and so far, communication from the owner has been excellent.

We always use Homeaway/ VRBO.

We’ve got place booked at Windermere for May half term, and summer lodges as back ups. We had lodges at Easter but cancelled them.

All fully cancellable.
