Personally, if not morning people- you might have to make an exception for visiting a water park and save the expense of a cabana as they are very expensive 👍
Thanks for the tip. Never actually thought of the capacity issue. 👍🏻👍🏻

I really hope that they go the Universal way and you get unlimited FPs for a deluxe stay. The benefits for on site are getting less and less so Id be happy with the change.

Have a look at Rik Flix on you tube. He did a video on cabanas at Volcano Bay recently. It details what you get and he goes round the locations of all of them telling you pros and cons of each one.

Thank u. I watched that. It was very good. I’ve already note down which cabana I want. 😝 love the idea being so relax n lots of privacy. In comparison of one in typhoon lagoon it’s just few chairs. But still wish VB would published a price guide. 😩😩

We've only ever had a cabana at discovery cove, which was absolutely worth it. We've not had one at any of the other water parks and not missed it to be honest - we've put towels etc at a sunbed and then spent the day walking to the various slides and attractions - without the need for a base. But then we usually only spend up to half a day at the Water parks as opposed to a whole day a discover cove.

So I'd say it's not necessary but a nice treat I guess if you can stretch to it.

Unless procedure has changed they allocate you a cabana, you don't get to choose. If it's a quiet day they are open to moving your allocation.

I think was suggested in the YouTube video that you can request a block / area and I guess the earlier you book and the earlier you get to the park the more chance this could be honoured?
