Well done! I’ve been doing alternate days SP - not as hard core but got me out of a rut. Actually started to like cauliflower rice!😁

Went to harvester last night and really enjoyed it. I'd only had 2 syns all day when we went and for main I have half chicken with rice. Lots of salad. So wasn't too bad but for dessert I did share a sundae with DS. it was amazing. Still hoping for a loss on Wednesday though as was withing syns thur, Fri and Sat.

Tried some clothes on that didn't fit 2 months ago when I bought them and they fit lovely now so am happy. Still miles to go when I get back from hols.

I’m a great believer that if you really enjoy a treat you will be fine because if you don’t go crazy and chuck it all in, then you’ll not suffer much at the scales if at all. After all, this is what being at target is all about. You have to have some treats and because you’ve been on plan you don’t have to worry. One weekend I consumed 64 syns when we went to an Indian restaurant but I managed a maintain that week 😉

How's everyone's summer been?

Went back to sw last week after a few weeks off. Lost 1.5lb after 2 weeks in France. I was amazed. Then another 1lb today and I got my 1 5 stone award!

I did do ok but as we arrived yesterday, I’m now stuffing my face with pancakes, etc, etc!😁

Congrats

Kicking myself as I was Ill for a couple of weeks and then never got back on plan properly I’d have a few good days then go back to bad habits I stopped keeping a find diary and I’ve realised I definitely stick to better choices when I’m keeping track. On the plus side overall Ive managed to maintain which is a huge bonus but if I’m honest I’m annoyed with myself as could have lost more by now if I could just get my act together.
Got 11 weeks till Florida so hoping I can lose a few more lbs before we go

Bit late but I thought I’d update this thread - I gained 2 and a half pounds on my return from 3 weeks in Florida. Bad side is I’m still the same weight! 😂
