Yes similar for me. I've reached the upper end of goal weight, but still got a floppy/flabby belly! So, I know I've lost muscle mass and need to tone up.

It was my birthday last week. What means one thing. I destroy my diet due to cake and sweets. So now I need to cut back and have a clean few weeks before going to WDW

You're allowed to enjoy your birthday. Fingers crossed you can stick to a more frugal diet for the next couple of weeks.

That’s allowed. Belated birthday wishes to you.
I’ve just been away for 3 days, didn’t even half finish any of my meals but put on 6ib when I weighed on arriving home last night. Today on morning weigh in, it was only 2ib so I’m hoping I can lose them & another 3ib by Sunday but I doubt it.
