The much derided Golden Corral is good for salad and veg. Usually a choice of greens, carrots. sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli!

Look on the sides menu, always plenty of veg to choose from. We always have plenty of veg on holiday, just check the menu before you order. Cant see the sides, just ask! Broccoli does seem to be in plentiful supply out there! I cant face it when we get back home LOL!

Can't say I've really had a problem and always get either mixed steamed veggies with my meal at say places like Longhorns, or they do green beans. In all the times I have been I don't think I've ever had fried food, stodgy burgers, hot dogs, fries etc. Usually have steaks with veggies, sweet potatoes or their fish dishes, grilled shrimp skewers are really good.
