Has anyone been to a game in Tampa? We saw the Mets in NY last summer and had a great experience (tickets were cheap too) and just wondered how easy it was to get to, park etc.
All advice gratefully received.

We have been a couple of times, the stadium is in St Petersburg and is very easy to get to. We pre-paid for stadium parking last year when we bought our tickets and it was $12 so would recommend that if you go. Lots of spaces and you are on the interstate in minutes after the game.
Have a look at this thread, there is lots of info in it. https://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/sho... php?t=1111169 we paid $68.10 for 3 tickets and parking during an offer last year so keep an eye out for offers, one thing I noticed while we were there was that we went to see them play Kansas and the next week it was the Redsox playing and the tickets for the red sox game were a lot dearer.

Agree with the post above, easy to get to, cheap and fun.
I'd add that a trip to see the Lakeland Flying Tigers is a great night out to. A bit closer to Orlando, lower league sure, but for about $12 on a Wednesday you get an evening of entertainment and all you can eat burgers, hot dogs and more! Can't be bad lol

All baseball games (At every mlb ground) operate demand pricing so if you are hoping to the Yankees or redsox it will cost at least 50% more than the bluejays
That said I have never heard of the rays selling out a game so even if you wait until the day you'll get tickets -and if you buy them there you save big on all the Ticketmaster fees |
