Sci Fi Dine In as a Family of 5?

Hi, folks just wondering if any has been here as a group of 5?

Do you still get to sit in one of the cars?

Not sure it will have the same feel for our girls if we are not in a car

Yes, we did two in front, the single in the middle and two at the back .

As a family of 5 you'll get a car to yourself as they seat up to six. It's my daughters favourite WDW restaurant, I'm not so keen as we always end up sharing with really noisy people!

That sounds great - I thought the cars only had room for 4!

We were a party of 5 too, all seated in one car behind each other. Enjoyed the experience although we all found it a bit on the dark side for reading the menu and actually see what we were eating, 🙄

We went as a party of 5. To be honest we didn’t enjoy it. Too dark for us and very difficult to hold a conversation.

We are going not expecting too much - its just one of those places we have never been so giving it a try

We were a party of six in one car, we really enjoyed it. It is quite dark, I had to use the torch on my phone to see what I was as eating ! It’s on our ADR list for this year.

I also find it too dark here (another one who lit up her food with a mobile phone!) Also meal times to mr are about interacting with each other and you are not even able to all see each other’s faces here. We’ve been three times when the kids were little as they liked the theme but I’m happy not to have to return TBH.
