Does anyone know what to put in the section that says
Done at
It's in the signature section above the date, it's marked as mandatory. I'm guessing it's something that doesn't translate well but I'm not sure what to write

Hi no sorry it's the monthly payment form section 4 near the bottom

It is usual on many European forms to detail the city/town/village you are in when you fill out the form, so I would complete it based on that.
