We stayed there in May 2016 we had to move rooms as our first one had bed bugs in the bunk beds!
Second room was fine we had free breakfast which was good quality with plenty of choice. Nice L'Occitaine bath products with a freebie everyday if you declined housekeeping
Shuttle bus was ok but very busy particularly at park closing time and was a bit of a free for all people pushing and shoving to get on
All in all it was a nice Hotel and we may have been unlucky with our first room and reception did not seem surprised or question us when we asked to move rooms

Great hotel IMHO best of the off site ones there however only clever photography can make the rooms look big.

Stayed here last year, the rooms are stunning! I contacted them to let them know it was my boyfriends birthday when we were staying and they upgraded the room for free and decorated for us! So sweet. We wanted to stay here again this month but with our AP it was actually cheaper to book Santa Fe so we're trying that one this time round.

We have booked this. We booked Davy Crockett Ranch as a Disney package with free h/b dining. Then realised we’d spend one of our park days travelling so we decided to book a night here for travel day.

It looks really nice and lots of nice reviews online. I reckon we will just use the pool and chill once we arrive.
