They're generally the same each day, the only exception to this is if one of the normal rides is closed - in this case they'll try to open something else to compensate.

These were the ones in December. I think they are pretty much the same ones we had in October as well.

I'm not sure if its changed now, but last time we did EMH in the studios they started opening other rides like Tower of Terror and RC Racer early too (not quite at the start of EMH).

In Disneyland Park you should either head for Peter Pan or Buzz first. It is the only time they are ever a walk on.

Studios - they are still tweaking I think. In November we did Ratatouille twice as a walk on and then noticed all the Toy Story Playland were open.

If you're staying on site the hotel should give you a list at check in for the dates of your stay.

In the Studios many non-EMT rides have opened before 10am in my experience. I've managed to get on pretty much everything during EMT at one time or another, but it does vary and you'll need to walk up to the ride to find out if its operating.
