We have this as part of the package

Do we just download when we get home? Or do we have to order prints from Disney?

You can see all the pictures on MDE while you are there. It varies, but most show up within a few minutes of the picture being taken. Though a few did take up to 24 hours. You then have something like 30 days to download all the pics you want after you are home.

It works really well and gave us some of our best holiday pictures.

Memory Maker allows you to download the photos and videos in your MDE/Photopass account (ie. the ones taken in the park by Photopass photographers and on the rides) to your phone/tablet/laptop/PC and use them as you like. The photos expire and are removed from your account 45 days after being taken, so make sure you download them before then. As mentioned above, you can usually see the photos in your account and download them a day after they are taken.

You can also order prints from Disney�s Photopass website but this costs extra. Paper photo prints are not included with Memory Maker.

Agreed. We�ve got some great pictures from these

In addition to downloading the photos you can also amend them by adding custom borders etc.

Some ride photos now have borders already assigned, but you can customise your other photos as you want

(if needed). You can still download the original, but also the customised version.

Just a very quick question - Do you have to activate memory maker on your MDE account before you arrive, or does it automatically load photo's onto your account when you scan your ticket/magic band ?

It just works, if you've successfully linked your tickets to MDE you're all set and just scan your band when you have photos taken each time.

Ride photos/videos are automatically uploaded but some have additional touch-points which you can tap against if you're concerned they won't be copied over.
