I’ve had just over 1200 today, 2 benefit bars and banana for breakfast, chicken and mango salsa salad (asda ready made) grapes and melon for lunch. Dinner was a concoction of potatoes, onions and bacon with some herbs, and brocolli, have had snacks of popchips and Kellogg’s biscuit moments. 70 minutes at the gym also

Day 4 for me - 1142 cals so far. Really enjoying foods I was restricted to on SW (bread, cooking sauces etc). Still getting my head around it all, and need to find some dinner ideas around 500 cals. Today’s food is:
Breakfast - 289 cals (overnight oats with frozen berries) Lunch - 239 cals (wholemeal bap and cooked chicken) Dinner - 494 cals (fish fingers, new potatoes, carrots, broccoli and peas) Snacks so far - 121 cals Making sure I weigh everything and log it on my app. Feeling positive 👍

I weigh on a Monday, had a sneaky peak this morning and i’m close to 1 stone off in 2.5 weeks, very pleased and determined to carry on - I have a lot to lose, still over 5 stone to go
