Well done you and your son! I'm hoping my asd son will start some exercise now it's cooler as the job he wants to apply to for needs some fitness.

Another 1lb😄 we have now moved on to get a little exercise😁 for every 30mins of sitting we have to get up and do 2mins of movement, i got a crosstrainer from a garage sale which is in the bedroom so we jump on that and have a race to see who can get the most excersise in 2mins, still work in progress with this one😉

Well done to your son, it is so much more difficult for them to understand, especially if on meds too which can affect appetite and mtabolism etc.

He's doing great , another 1lb lost it's all adding up 👍👍, the exercise sounds like it is a good idea, my daughter can be very competitive and would love a challenge between me and her lol x
