What is christmas sale shopping like over in Florida?

Hi all we are heading out to florida over christmas and new year and we're wondering what to expect regarding sale shopping. Is it similar to here where sales start pre christmas day and go through to new year? Do the normal shops have good sales or is it still best to stick to the outlets? Cheers

You will get sales but to be honest we've found pre Black Friday / Black
Friday sales better as its usually just rubbish that left
I.e I wa In Michaels Hobby
Lobby Joanne's last Saturday and everything was 70% off and it was well picked over as was Macy's JCPenny Victoria Secrets ad even the outle shops
I'd pick up ugg boots for $60 and Michael Kors bags for $90 in Macys with a friends and family / overseas coupon in the Winter Haven store

There seems to be sales going on year-round in most stores - not all at the same time though apart from Black Friday.

Many stores also have special promotions such as buy one get one half price Levi’s in Macy’s, coupons/leaflets giving a discount until midday or between 5pm and 8pm etc etc.

I love shopping over there and have developed a radar for sales and special offers ! If you are interested in a particular brand or shopping mall/outlet it’s a good idea to register for their emails so you get alerted.
