An amazing day - Half price costa

What a high I've been on all day because at about 7.15am this morning I ordered my costa and the manager gave me a 50% discount as a Christmas present.

I am unsure what to do with the money I saved, but I have Christmas to think about it.

Thank you, but I have had a busy day and not able to share my excitement until now. It was just so unexpected and I felt as happy as the van driver who found a £76 million euro lotto ticket in his van. I appreciate I didn't save as much as he won, but it was such a surprise and has given me a little extra money for Christmas.

I am glad to have shared my excitement with others. Mrs MH doesn't know that I have bought her a £5 superdrug gift card to spend on anything she wants, so you could say that I'm spreading the wealth.

I've actually been given tips by 4 out of 5 customers this week that I've worked for so that's why I have been more generous than usual to Mrs MH.

I have contacted my accountant so he ensures that I pay tax and national insurance on my tips as I wouldn't want to deprive the tax man/lady of their cut.

I love a story of generosity at Christmas, my husband has offered to take me to the supermarket in his Automobile to buy all the Christmas food shopping. He didn’t want me putting my back out by carrying it home on the bus incase I wasn’t fit enough to do all the cooking. Us ladies don’t know we are born these days. I am so lucky!
