What? We have been going for years as vegetarians and have never stayed onsite so will always eat off site, never ever had any problems in the restaurants having a good healthy veggie meals

It’s worth looking at the side dishes (“sides”) listed on the menu. There’s usually more healthy options such as sweet corn, green beans, side salad, baked potato. They will either agree to swap items free of charge or for a small supplement.

I like Bob Evans for their dinners which include mash and veg.

I’m a big fan of Sweet Tomatoes.

If you think orlando is full of unhealthy places to eat then you are very wrong. There is every kind of food available from the healthy to the unhealthy don’t just eat in the tourist areas try places away from here and you will get even more options

I have found if you ask for extra or other veg most places are happy to oblige ,I would rather have veg than chips / potatoes.

That's good to know. Where do you get the coupons? Are they in those little books that you can pick up from various shops?

I’m a vegetarian and ate easily onsite and offsite in 2017. There were plenty of vegetable options and I found everywhere really accommodating if I wanted to change things to remove meat and add vegetables.

I ate some junk of course but definitely by choice rather than being forced!

I know what you mean as Disney meals only ever have broccoli, sweetcorn or green beans! Easily solved with a trip to Sweet Tomatoes. Last holiday my favourite thing was the big bowl of mixed steamed veg at Ohana haha.

I love going to Panda Express, getting their honey chicken/orange chicken combo with rice or noodles and steamed veg, last year i asked for extra veg & they happily obliged. It was lovely! Had buffalo chicken tacos in hooters which came with loads of veg inside, rib eye steak in mannys and the best thing is the huge endless bowl of salad that comes with it, which was great for me as no one else wanted it so I scoffed most of it! I was at the stage where I needed some salad at that point and it was perfect!

Sweet tomatoes is a staple for us...go a few times each trip, sign up to their website...souplantation/

Join the veg club and get coupons emailed through regularly... the family of 4 for $30 is great... as much healthy food / veg / pasta as you want..and bowls of chilli / soup / fresh bread / pizza slices
