The bus journey is 45-60mins depending on if they're dropping off at other disney hotels ahead of you.

I stayed at POFQ September last year and it took half an hour. It stopped at Old Key West, then POFQ, then presumably POR.

Your biggest variables are probably flight delays and immigration.

In October we stayed at POR. The bus stopped at Saratoga Springs and POFQ before POR. It seemed to take around 45 minutes.

I was lucky in that my flight was late and when we landed the immigration hall was empty! I gather BA and VA ones land fairly close together at the time I went. I was on the VA one and it took off/landed half an hour or so late.

I was shattered when I arrived so after checking in and unpacking I had something to eat in the food court (Sassagoula Floatworks - it's brilliant!). Then had a dip in the pool. Then a cocktail by the pool bar then went to bed. Despite being so tired on arrival I can never actually sleep the first night so spend the night reading!
