We've just done 4 weeks and will hopefully do the same next year. We are making the most of it before the kids start school. Our eldest starts in 2015 so it'll be school holidays after that

I've voted 3 weeks because I don't think 2 weeks is long enough but anything longer than about 18 days is good. We are going for 19 days next year, just couldn't manage 21 because of work commitments.

Would love to do 4 weeks only ever done 2 weeks but it would be nice to have 3 weeks doing parks and shopping and then 1 week relaxing somewhere

2 weeks is good but 3 weeks is brilliant, I'd go for 3 weeks every year if I had enough annual leave

We are lucky we are retired so I would go for as long as I could, I was there for 7 weeks this year and was not ready to come home.

When I was working 3 weeks for the maximum I could go which to be honest would be the minimum I would go for now, it does take me longer nowadays getting over the jet lag.

Three weeks for us, think it gives you time to do a bit of everything and relax.

We've been several times for 3 or 4 weeks, but with the arrival of children and fitting in with school holidays, we are now going for just two weeks & it's working out perfectly! to me it feels just as long as three weeks as we are able to do all we want to do - infact on our last 3+ week trip I was more than ready to come home! maybe after visiting for 35+ years we don't need to be there quite so long anymore!

Am really tempted with trying out just a week - would free up more holidays to try different places - as I certainly couldn't miss Orlando altogether!

We are lucky that we can go for 4 weeks as we are both teachers. As the main cost is the flights DH says that we may as well stay for as long as we can!
