If it is the Radisson at the I4/Vineland Road junction, then there is a Goodings supermarket at Crossroads, only a short drive (or 8 mins walk according to Google) from the hotel.
As someone else mentioned, gas stations often sell a good selection of grocery items. There is one adjacent to the iHop on the map below. There is also a Walgreens just slightly further up from the iHop, where again you can pick up a good selection of drinks/snacks.

They may want to make tea od coffee when they arrive. Well I do!. We always drink purified water, no tap water etc. I'm sure its quite safe but hey ho not for us.
