Hello! I'd echo comments so far and try to push to 4 or 5 nights if you can as still could have a couple of days to relax when home or perhaps even see if can fly evening. I think 3 would be a struggle with jet lag.
I'd highly rate flamingo - location is central to everything and all 3 of our stays we've had a fountain view room. Definitely try for a go room or an upgrade on check in though. I asked to be moved from basic room as wasn't as nice.
We are trying Ballys next trip though as the newly renovated rooms look lovely and similar mod strip location. If money was no object I'd stay at cosmopolitan x

We are staying at Ballys on upcoming trip. The remodelled rooms look good, we have plumped for a Jubilee room & hoping for view of the Bellagio fountains. We have stayed at the Wynn the last 2 trips but the price this time was double what we paid in November! Just hope we are not disappointed as the Wynn is gorgeous

We have stayed at Ballys before and liked it. We are staying in the newly renovated rooms in June. I dont think you can compare Wynn to Ballys as Wynn is way better, but as a decent hotel, center strip, Ballys is great. Staff were lovely as well.

We're going in April on a package with VH in April. Direct from Manchester. Staying in Cosmopolitan for 4 nights - Sunday to Thursday. Personally I think it's plenty of time.

TC had some great prices too.

Both had more than on their website.

We paid abou £850 each in sale, friends booked later at about £1200

Thanks everyone.

Taking into account all the advice we have postponed our trip till next April.

That will give us longer to save so we can do everything we want and school will he closed for over 2 weeks which gives us more flexibility for dates, might allow us to do 5 nights and gives a wee bit longer to deal with the jet lag.

Thanks again for all the advice.
