Mobile Upgrading to Universal AP

Hi dibbers,

This may be a daft question, but hopefully someone will know.

Is it possible to upgrade our tickets at the Universal Studios store in MCO? I’m thinking if so, it would save some time as we wouldn’t have to actually do it on a park day!

Thanks,

Andy

No you can’t update them at the airport

Thanks for the info, a real shame, but I’m not particularly surprised!

Yeh it is annoying, my tip would be to ask at a few of the guest services at the universal resort about prices of upgrading as it can vary from person to person

This may seem unreasonable, but it will depend on targets set to the individual reps and if they have met or exceeded them or still have offers to give. Customer Service works in a Sale and Reward way for employees the World over, so makes sense.

From experience, I was originally expecting to pay $80 for my Preferred pass, based on the first person I enquired with.
I got it free in the end.

Guest Services within the resort is where you need to go I'm afraid.

Be careful though as they tend to be sticklers these days that if you have a 3 park ticket that you can only upgrade to a 3 park pass.

We were fortunate enough last year to have a 3 park ticket but they allowed us to change to a 2 park annual pass as we had not been to Volcano Bay and were not intending to go there either and we were opting for preferred passes rather than seasonal passes. However, at the same time others were being told that they had to upgrade to a 3 park pass regardless.
