Silly questions regarding booking room and tickets with Disney
Hi, maybe a silly question, but l am hoping for a August 2020 trip with my Dd, future Dsil, Ds and future Ddil, l am hanging on to see if there is free DDP, both Dd and Ds are getting married between now and then, on the booking should we put my Dd's and Ddil's married names on the booking? We will look at flights later and l know the flight will have to match the passports?
Thankyou for any advice - love this site, l am too excited already 😁 |

I got married in may 07 and in sept 07 I went to Spain, I booked everything in my maiden name as my passport still had 2 years left on it so didn’t see the point in renewing it till after it expired. As long as the names on the passport/booking/flight matches then it doesn’t matter what name you do it in, but check the validity of the passport to see what would be better!

Thankyou for your advice, that is good to know, l wasn't sure about travelling under one name when you are known as something else?

I trvelled using my passport bearing my birth surname last time. It was fine. I thought it was pointless spending money for a name change when I didn't have to.
As long as names on passport, booking and ESTA match you're good to go!

My maiden name is still on my passport from when I got married 4 years ago, although for everything else I'm known by my married name. All trips I've taken abroad since then I've booked in my maiden name.
As long as your ticket matches the name on the passport then you won't have a problem |
