Magic Bands off site

We are staying on site at POR for 5 nights and then off site in a villa for the remaining 9. We have bought 14 day passes as part of our Disney booking. Will our Magic bands still work, allowing entry to the parks for the whole 14 day stay?
We have been to Orlando many times but this is our first split stay since the introduction of the Magic bands and this concern has just occurred to us.

Yes your magic bands will work for the full time. You can even take them on subsequent trips as they are linked to your MDE account so if you input new tickets you can use your bands. Battery life is about 2 years.

Yes they will work for the full 14 days.

Yes, the MagicBands will continue to work after you leave and for many years afterwards. You can enter the parks and fastpass entrances using these.

Once you check out though, you will not be able to charge items/food to your room nor open your room door using the MagicBands.
