Oh and it fitted in the suitcase and was great to bring home our snow globe, its packed away in the suitcase for next year

I only use the one pair of socks for the whole 2 weeks, this time DW insists I have to wash them a couple of times or she isn't coming.

Slightly off topic, but if you take a towel and put it over the steering wheel it doesn't get so hot. But if you are staying at the parks until late... ❤️

But agree with the polystyrene ice box, works for us every time

We take a small cool bag with us that packs flat and put frozen bottles in this...works a treat.
As last poster said put a towel over the steering wheel & we also have a folding windscreen shade which collapses in to a small flat circle case.

Another vote for the polystyrene ice box... fill it with ice in the hotel, drinks and away we go (since hubby is a chocaholic, some chocolate in a freezer bag works no too).

As for the socks in the icebox... now I like that idea! Normally I wear sandals but by the time we get back to the car, I feel like my feet are going to explode. Just now I am wearing in new trainers in preparation for our November trip...specifically for the parks. I can see how cool socks could be lovely
