Simple, stop doing it. Tell them they will be rewarded with money for jobs around the house?
Tell them Christmas this year will be ... etc, rather then asking “what do you want?”

I am an only child and on my dads side an only grandchild, so when I look back maybe I was spoiled a little bit, but one of my most vivid memories from childhood was when I was about 6 years old, we were in the local town and in the toy shop, I was told I could choose anything from the shelf marked up 10 shillings (it was a while ago!), I asked for a toy from the £1 shelf, I was taken aside and told I wouldn’t be getting a toy at all as I was being greedy (I may have the monetary amounts wrong) it thought me a valuable lesson and I never asked for the more expensive toy again x
