Strange for ours it mentions 25-27 July at the top of the voucher (we travel on 25th) but then can be used all year (we go to Universal on 29th)

We have to give a 3 day date range when confirming the tickets, thats all. You are right the ticket is valid for the full year.

Do you have to do similar for Disney tickets? The arrival date on my will call confirmation (which I obviously have to take with me) is not what I booked. I've emailed through the website twice and had no reply as yet.

I have the same issue, my universal tickets are not the date I booked even if the date is shown as American?

Has anyone heard back from Klook regarding incorrect dates on Universal tickets?

We go in October, but the tickets are dated August.

I’ve sent a number of messages but I’m still waiting for an answer from Klook (they’ve replied a few times saying they are looking into it)

Yeah thats right its the same. They will only expire 14 days from the date of the first use. Thanks.
