Disney Car Care Centre Pickup
Just booked a car for a couple of days for our next trip via Alamo. I've used Alamo a couple of times before from Sanford so know the deal there but is there anything I need to do picking up from the DCCC? Just take my confirmation email? Is that it?

It's far more chilled out than an airport location. As you say you only need your rental agreement plus your driving license and a credit card.
I find the staff to be very good on the 3 times I have swapped out cars there due to 2 x punctures and 1 being the wrong size as the airport had no Standard SUV's in. If you are staying on Disney property they will collect you as well and on return drop you anywhere on property including a Park.

Thanks Tom.
Would you happen to know much Alamo charge for pre-payment on a tank of gas? We'll be doing Busch Gardens and back and then to Discovery Cove and back from Caribbean Beach so I'm thinking it might be easier to just prepay rather than trying to fill up although I've spotted on another thread there's a gas station next to the depot. |

You are right. Hess is next door and you can fill up there and as you leave turn right and the CCC is behind the gas station.
Checking my credit card statement for my last trip I was charged $46.40 to pre pay. That was a Standard SUV

It'd be 157 miles give or take so I think it'd be better to fill up.

My mistake for the day! The gas station is Speedway, not Hess. Hess sold them a few years ago.
