When does the meal plan start?

I've left it a little late to ask as I go tomorrow. When exactly does your meal plan start?
I'm on the half board plus. We arrive tomorrow afternoon. Can I use my voucher tomorrow for dinner?
That would mean on my last day I'd have already used the dinner voucher but still be able to use the breakfast voucher that I won't be using on my first day there. Is that right? Sorry if it's a little confusing

You don’t actually get vouchers any more, it is all on your key card.

You can use lunch/dinner credits any time and any day you want. Breakfast is separate anyway.

Yes - if you are on the direct train you will receive them (and all paperwork) on the train or at the station if you board at Ebbsfleet or Ashford. Other trains you collect it all when you drop your bags at the station. (top floor).

I was unable to use a voucher to book auberge on the day I checked out. I thought i could use a HB voucher after checking out so whether this was just the telephone agent or not I cannot say.

I've never had a problem using my dining plan after checking out, that's very weird. I was concerned a little that when it went over to magic passes that this might become an issue as they're electronic. But I used it in August, and had no problem with using it in Bistrot Chez Remy after 11am (Check out time).

We used our final meal plan credit on our check out day too and that was lunch at Plaza Gardens at 2pm. I think the agent you spoke to must have been confused.

They booked inventions and auberge for us (with free HB vouchers, i.e. nil cost booking) but wouldn't on day we checked out. Not a major issue as we have other ideas for checkout day now.
