Blue Peter never liked Magpie.
I had a Blue Peter badge but can't remember what for. Does anyone remember when they had an elephant in the studio and it stood on John Noakes foot?

Blue Peter all the way for me. Never watched an episode of Magpie, my Mum thought it was not as good as Blue Peter!

We had to watch Blue Peter, we went to Grandma and Grandads house for tea straight from school and were not allowed to watch Magpie. No idea why, on the odd occasion we were at home we preferred Magpie.

Blue Peter!
My husband has worked on TV projects with Simon Groom, he has been to our house, we have been to his house and we have seen the grave where Goldie is buried. In the summer the ice cream van comes around our road and plays the Blue Peter tune, Simon thought this was funny... |

Was it Susan Shanks that used to be on Magpie.. years later she was on Itsy and Bitsy……. I remember when I was a lot older the reason why dads loved the show was because she never wore a bra !
