If you scroll down their home page past the help questions section to the blue bit at the bottom, it tells you they have a Support Desk that is available 24/7. You can contact them online or by phone to get your queries answered. That's what their Support Desk is for.
Sorry, but I seem to be pointing out the obvious here - but why don't you just contact them and ask them? |

Yeah it still won’t work and code won’t send and even if I try and quit and save information takes me back to need code hope it gets sorted soon I need my son a esta anybody know if there is a email etc

I have at least got 111 days but I do like to get it out the way in case of any problems. I’m guessing something has gone wrong during the update they did at the end of last week.

The ESTA page is very glitchy, I just went in to print my 2 approved ESTA's - managed to print one but now it is saying the site is down for maintenance, does anyone know how important it is to have a print copy of the approved documentation?

I have done mine and they were both approved just need to print one of them off! We fly on Saturday

I believe that people were being asked at the airport for either a printed copy or a screenshot on your phone. This is due to the US ESTA site having problems. I understand that some people are having problems retrieving their authorisation for printing, but are managing eventually.

Tried that Chris was on hold for an hour before cut of hence why asked for email as proving to costly to do but can’t find anything .
